We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at Dream C.U.C. If there is an issue, please contact us. We’ll make sure that any claim for misprinted/damaged items reaches our support team within 30 days after receiving it.

However, claims submitted later than this will not be covered by warranty, but instead treated as standard retail returns, which come without responsibility on behalf of the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your Dream C.U.C. purchase, we will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items with original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders, or purchase information from your printed store receipt, within 30 days of order shipment date.


Please note that we cannot accept returns of Final Sale items.
